Join us at the Alexandria Area YMCA for a Sound Bowl Meditation on August 10th. Immerse yourself in a therapeutic sound bath with crystal singing bowls and guided meditation.
We will have time after for those who would like to share their experience and answer any questions.
Items you could bring with include:
- blanket
- eye pillow
- bolster
- notepad and pen if you would like to do any journaling.
