A Training Program for Alexandria Area Women

Join Core Restoration at the Alexandria YMCA to improve athletic performance, enhance movement health, and alleviate back pain. This women-focused program, led by a certified personal trainer, targets all major core muscles.

TRX Suspension Training

How it Works:
Certified instructors will guide you through a series of suspension-strap moves—think squats, rows, planks, and lunges—customized to your fitness level. Simply adjust your body angle to make any exercise easier or harder.

- Members: $135 (Only $11.25/session)
- Non-Members: $165 (Only $13.75/session)
