A Training Program for Alexandria Area Women

September 8 - October 15

Join Core Restoration at the Alexandria YMCA to improve athletic performance, enhance movement health, and alleviate back pain. This women-focused program, led by a certified personal trainer, targets all major core muscles.

  • 10:00 - 10:45 a.m.
  • YMCA Members: $135
  • Non-Members: $165

TRX Suspension Training

How it Works:

Certified instructors will guide you through a series of suspension-strap moves—think squats, rows, planks, and lunges—customized to your fitness level. Simply adjust your body angle to make any exercise easier or harder.

 
Details:
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays
  • 9:15 - 10:00 a.m.
  • Members: $135 (Only $11.25/session)
  • Non-Members: $165 (Only $13.75/session)

Heads-up: TRX is not advised for anyone with current shoulder or back injuries. Please check with your doctor or ask our trainers for options.
