HERE'S WHAT MEMBERS ARE SAYING

"Les Mills CORE is not just 'abs'! LesMills CORE targets obliques, hips, upper and lower back, shoulders and glutes --- everything that helps us stand tall and support our spine in everyday movements like sitting up straight at a desk, carrying awkward grocery bags and heavy car seats, or balancing in icy parking lots."

“I feel so much stronger after consistently going to CORE class! I've noticed a decrease in my lower back pain and an increase in my overall strength when performing everyday activities.  The 30-minute format goes fast, and if I can't attend a class in person, I try to take advantage of the Les Mills Fitness On-Demand virtual option in studio A.  Try CORE. You'll love it!

"A strong core helps you be a better runner, weightlifter, swimmer, and all-around better athlete."
