I want to make a change to my membership.
Do you want to change your membership type or add or remove a member from your YMCA account? Simply visit the YMCA front desk, and a team member will assist you in making those changes.
Changes must be requested prior to the 20th of the month.
I want to cancel my membership.
We would hate to see you go; however, if you choose to cancel your membership, you may do so at any time by coming to the YMCA, completing a cancellation form, and turning in your membership card(s).
The cancellation form must be completed prior to the 20th of the month to terminate for the following month. Memberships are non-refundable.
I want to place my membership on hold.
Members may place their membership on hold for up to 3 months, once per year. To do so, please visit our front desk to fill out a hold form and pay the $15 fee.
