Frequently Asked Questions

How fit do I need to be to do Power Vinyasa?

All fitness levels are welcome in this class. We focus a lot on sun salutations and building strength in the body, so being able to transition easily from the floor to a standing position is required. Modifications and resting poses are taught in every class to accommodate a variety of fitness levels.

How Often should I do Power Vinyasa?

As often as you like! Yoga can be done every day. If you really want to focus on building strength and flexibility, practicing yoga often will help you get there.

I'm pregnant. Can I still do Yoga/Barre?

Yes. Please let your teacher/instructor know ahead of time so they can give you modifications if necessary. Depending on how far along you are, twists, lying on your stomach and flat on your back, are best to be avoided.

What should I bring to the workout?

Water and comfortable clothing. Yoga mats are provided, but you are invited to bring your own.
