What is Power Waves?

Power Waves is a high-intensity, low-impact aqua workout with interval training and power moves to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and strength.

How fit do I need to be to do Power Waves?

This class is great for all levels. The intensity can easily be modified.

How Often should I do power waves?

This is an ideal class to take once or twice per week to improve your cardiovascular health!

I'm pregnant. Can I still do power waves?

Water exercise is highly recommended for pregnant women. The water aerobic and resistance activities do not present birth risks.

What should I bring to the workout?

 Water bottle and a bathing suit.
