Blueberry smoothie

This delicious smoothie is a great breakfast option full of ingredients that are good for your brain. Trivia night doesn't stand a chance.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen mangos 
  • 1 banana
  • 3/4 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 3/4 cup water

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until combined.
