FOUNDATIONS OF VINYASA

Build Strength. Find Flow. Move with Confidence.

 

Discover the fundamentals of Vinyasa yoga in a supportive, small-group setting. This foundational program blends mindful movement, strength-building, and technique-focused instruction to help you feel confident on the mat.

This class is led by certified Yoga instructor Micara Link.

 

In this 4-week small group series, you will:
  • Learn key Vinyasa poses and transitions with personalized guidance.

  • Build core strength, balance, and mobility.

  • Develop safe alignment and breath awareness.

  • Explore how to link movement with breath for a smooth, flowing practice.

  • Receive individualized feedback and modifications tailored to your needs.

  • Mondays, 11:15 am – 12:00 pm

  • YMCA Members: $60

  • Non-Members: $80

  • Space is limited to ensure individualized attention.
