What is Power Waves?

Power Waves is a high-intensity, low-impact aqua workout with interval training and power moves to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and strength.

This class is great for all levels. The intensity can easily be modified.

This is an ideal class to take once or twice per week to improve your cardiovascular health!

Water exercise is highly recommended for pregnant women. The water aerobic and resistance activities do not present birth risks.
