What is Total Body Tone?

 

Total Body Tone provides you with a well-rounded workout to meet all of your needs. This class will use a variety of equipment and includes cardiorespiratory, strength, and flexibility/mobility training to allow you to discover new ways to challenge yourself each week. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

How fit do I need to be to do Total Body Tone?

This class can be adjusted and modified for all fitness levels. Ability to get up and down from the floor is necessary.

How often should I do Total Body Tone?

This is a great class to take once or twice per week to get a full body workout!

I’m pregnant. Can I still do Total Body Tone?

There will be some floor exercises that may need to be modified for expecting moms, be sure to ask your instructor for modifications.

What should I bring to the workout?

Water, closed toed tennis shoes and comfortable clothing.
