Ready to shake up your fitness routine? Join us at the Alexandria Area YMCA for Les Mills Launch Week! From February 7–13, Les Mills classes at the Y are free to the entire community.

Getting started is simple. You can join the movement in one of two ways:

 

  • In-Person: Stop by the front desk at the Alexandria Area YMCA to pick up a class pass.
  • Email: Fill out the form to have a digital class pass sent directly to your email inbox.
