Yoga & Wellness Circle

January 4 - February 15

Yoga and Wellness Circle is for anyone wanting to improve their physical, mental, social and spiritual wellness in a small group environment. We will meet six times, with each session having approximately 30 minutes of group discussion and learning, followed by 30 minutes of gentle and somatic yoga. Journaling will be encouraged.

Small Group Training

January 7 - February 13 

General Small Group Training combines the best training tools from a certified personal trainer with strength-focused workouts to help participants improve their free weight form and build strength. This class is for those at a familiar, intermediate level with exercise.

Details:
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays
  • 10:30 a.m. - 11:15 a.m.
  • Members: $135 ($11.25 per session)
  • Non-Members: $165 ($13.75 per session)

Core Restoration

A Training Program for Alexandria Area Women

January 8 - February 14

Join Core Restoration at the Alexandria YMCA to improve athletic performance, enhance movement health, and alleviate back pain. This women-focused program, led by a certified personal trainer, targets all major core muscles.
